First off, expect to have a great time! Wing Wars is an event that you should come to with a group of your friends. When you enter you are given your wing sample vouchers. We will have restaurants setup all around the room in which you can exchange those vouchers for the wings. Additionally we will have live music and also Beer Bars setup around the room.

The event starts at 5pm, but we suggest arriving around a half hour prior. We will be scanning tickets and providing you with materials for the event prior to doors opening to make sure you have as much time eating and enjoying the event.

This is NOT a to-go event. All wings must be consumed on site. Outside food and beverage are not allowed.

If you purchase a general admission ticket, drinks are NOT included. If you purchase the Wings & Beer VIP package, you will get 2 drink vouchers with your order.

Though we love pets, we will have to turn you away from the event if you bring your furry friend.

Upon entry, you will receive 15 wing vouchers which are good for 1 wing from any of our participating restaurants. Additional vouchers will be available for purchase! We encourage you to try all the wings, so we recommend that you try as many restaurants as possible. However, It’s YOUR choice! If you’re still hungry, you may purchase additional vouchers for only $2 each.

We’re sorry that you had a bad experience last year, however that was not our event! There’s another event that takes place in the Hudson Valley and last year the event at the Museum was run by that group. We hosted our event last year at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center with great success. We have decided to bring our great event to Orange County, and the great folks at Motorcyclepedia have decided we were the group to work with since we have done other events with them in the past. Don’t worry, we have many procedures in place to make sure that you have an enjoyable time!

Yes. However space will be limited. We will be purchasing food in advance and will only account for a limited number of day-of ticket purchases. In addition, all ticket sales on the day of the event will be $30 per person. Advance ticket sales are $24 per person, or you may purchase a special VIP ticket.
Short answer: “Yes”. We’ve been able to make special accommodations for a few folks who have told us that they’ve love to attend, but don’t use a computer at all. However, to help manage logistics on the day of the event, we’d like to have everyone registered through our online system. All online payments are handled securely through Ticket Leap and you will receive an email with confirmation of your registration once it is complete. You can purchase your tickets here:
No, children 10 and under will be allowed in for free and can purchase wing vouchers if they would like to eat any of the wings. However, keep in mind that it might be quite loud and beer will be served.
